Seyi Oduyela Professor Martin Okafor advised that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and President Musa Yar’Adua should recognize that the sustained vitality of any democratic nation depends on the enfranchisement of all eligible citizens in the national electoral process. He said this at the Nigerian Democratic Development Stakeholders Symposium held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta, USA on Tuesday, July 15.
