These are some pictures recently taken at CRIN. Attachment 025 shows the road construction at the senior staff quarters that was hurriedly and manually covered with gravels just before the EFCC visited. The management got Hausa casual workers from Sabo in Ibadan that used shovels to spread the gravels on the road. We were reliably informed that it was not the contractor that came to do the job. After the EFCC (from Lagos) came, the road has been long abandoned.
